Climb from your wrist

Start a session on Apple Watch and it runs as a climbing workout in Apple Health, with your heart rate the whole way through. Use the Digital Crown to log each climb as you go.

When you finish, the session is already in Cima on your phone and the web, ready for notes, video and your AI assistant.

Projects and sends

Your active projects are on the Watch. Log an attempt after each go and mark the send when it happens.

Finger training, no phone needed

Hangboard and lift block training now start and run on the Watch. A lift block is an edge on a loading pin, lifted one hand at a time, so every rep saves a left and a right result with a five-second switch between hands.

On the web and iPhone you’ll see the equipment during setup, the hand in the timer, and a Hand column in your results.

Out of range is fine

Every change you make on the Watch waits in order and syncs straight to Cima, or through your iPhone when the Watch can’t get online. If a change arrives twice, it’s saved once.

How to get it

  1. Update Cima on your iPhone from the App Store.
  2. On your iPhone, open the Watch app, find Cima under Available Apps and tap Install.
  3. Open Cima on your Watch and start a session.

Comes with Cima for iPhone

The Watch app comes with Cima for iPhone, so there’s nothing extra to buy.
